Parliamentary Speeches

Since 2011, the Caribbean has been mandated by the Clerk of the National Assembly to publish the Parliamentary Speeches of all Presidents of Guyana. To date, 22 volumes of the speeches of Forbes Burnham, Desmond Hoyte, Cheddi Jagan and Janet Jagan have been published or are in the process of being edited in preparation for publication.
